So the Ingredients are-1. Water- 2 cup 1. Mulethi powder- 1/2 tsf 2. Shatavari powder-1/2 tsf 3. Brahmi powder- 1/3 tsf 4. coriander seeds 1/4 teaspoon 5. Fennel seeds 1/4 teaspoon • •Lemon and honey to taste
• Step
1. Boil water in a
saucepan.
Step 2. Add Mulethi, Shatavari and
Brahmi
powder and than add coriander and funnel seeds to it, close the lid and boil it for 3 to 5 minute in
medium flam, Until it remains 1 cup, and than switch off the flame.
•Step 3. leave
it for 5 minutes to infuse well and get lukewarm.
•Step 4. Strain it in a cup and add lemon juice and honey to it.
