•2 cup of water
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha roots powder
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha roots powder
•1 teaspoon giloy powder
•1/3 inch of Ginger piece or a small piece
•2 Pinch of Long
pepper
2 pinch of cinnamon
powder- Half lemon or add according to your taste
- Honey again as per taste

1. Boil water in a
saucepan.

2. Add the Ashwagandha roots powder,
•Giloy or guduchi powder, Ginger
(grated), Long pepper, cinnamon powder
• to it, close the lid
and boil it for 3 minutes or Until it remain 1 cup
•switch off the
flame.

3. leave it for
10-15 minutes...

4. Strain in it a cup
and add lemon juice and honey to it.
