. In Sanskrit Tri means three and Katu means pungent,
so this a
combination of three pungent herbs called Trikatu.
You can make Trikatu churna at home.
For making this churna you will need three
spices Kali Mirch or black pepper , Sonth or dry ginger and
Long pepper in eqaul amount. grind them
and sieved to get a fine powder.
All three spices
