1. Our brain has three main parts:
1. cerebrum,
2. cerebellum and
3. brainstem.
2. The human mind is contained in three levels of awareness
They are the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious. Working together they create our reality.
1. conscious mind represents about- 10 % It is much smaller than the subconscious mind
2. Subconscious- 50 – 60 % It is much bigger than the conscious mind and more powerful.
3. Unconscious – 30 – 40 %
3. How our conscious and subconscious mind works
Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys.
The conscious mind communicates to the outside world and the inner self through speech, pictures, writing, physical movement, and thought.
I have found for the two most powerful functions your fully developed conscious mind can do that the other two can’t is …
1. Its ability to direct your focus.
2. Its ability to imagine that which is not real
- This ability of your conscious mind to direct your attention and awareness is one of the most important powers you have, and to create change in your life you must learn to control what you consciously focus on.
The unconscious constantly communicates with the conscious mind via our subconscious,
But how do you do that? by making a choice. Deciding how you will think and what thoughts you will allow into your mind It will determine your destiny. It can literally be used for good or evil, for constructive or destructive means.
Our mental thoughts are probably the only one true freedom we have in this world, that we can actually control.
We alone can choose how we are going to respond to our experiences in life.
The other important ability of the conscious mind is the use of visualization. Your mind can literally imagine something that is totally new and unique – something you’ve never physically experienced before.
4. How to use the power of the subconscious mind
1. come out from your comfort zone-
All your habits of thinking and acting are stored in your subconscious mind. It has memorized all your comfort zones and it works to keep you in them. This is why it’s so important to make writing SMART goals a regular habit. After a time, staying productive and focusing on all of your goals will become part of your comfort zone.
Your subconscious mind causes you to feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable whenever you attempt to do anything new or different or to change any of your established patterns of behaviour. The sense of fear and discomfort are psychological signs that your subconscious has been activated.
You can feel your subconscious pulling you back toward your comfort zone each time you try something new.
but once they become habit or routine they will stay in your comfort zone. In doing so, you’ve reprogrammed your subconscious to work in your favour.
2. repeating positive affirmations -
Its job is to ensure that you respond exactly the way you are programmed. Your subconscious mind makes everything you say and do fit a pattern consistent with your self-concept. This is why repeating positive affirmations, inspirational, motivational activities are so effective.
Your subconscious mind does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind
3. believe in yourself (Learning techniques to reprogram your subconscious mind will help you) and last.
4. Develop the habits of successful people- it will help you to organize your mind.
With the help of these things, you can manifest whatever you want.
