How to use the power of your subconscious mind | The power of your subconscious mind

How to use the power of your subconscious mind

The power of your subconscious mind

1. Our brain has three main parts:

1. cerebrum,
2. cerebellum and
3. brainstem.

2. The human mind is contained in three levels of awareness

They are the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious. Working together they create our reality.

1. conscious mind represents about- 10 % It is much smaller than the subconscious mind
2. Subconscious- 50 – 60 % It is much bigger than the conscious mind and more powerful.
3. Unconscious – 30 – 40 %

3. How our conscious and subconscious mind works

Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys.
The conscious mind communicates to the outside world and the inner self through speech, pictures, writing, physical movement, and thought.
I have found for the two most powerful functions your fully developed conscious mind can do that the other two can’t is …

1. Its ability to direct your focus.
2. Its ability to imagine that which is not real

- This ability of your conscious mind to direct your attention and awareness is one of the most important powers you have, and to create change in your life you must learn to control what you consciously focus on.

The unconscious constantly communicates with the conscious mind via our subconscious,
But how do you do that?  by making a choice. Deciding how you will think and what thoughts you will allow into your mind It will determine your destiny. It can literally be used for good or evil, for constructive or destructive means.

Our mental thoughts are probably the only one true freedom we have in this world, that we can actually control.

We alone can choose how we are going to respond to our experiences in life.
The other important ability of the conscious mind is the use of visualization. Your mind can literally imagine something that is totally new and unique – something you’ve never physically experienced before.

4. How to use the power of the subconscious mind

1. come out from your comfort zone-

All your habits of thinking and acting are stored in your subconscious mind. It has memorized all your comfort zones and it works to keep you in them. This is why it’s so important to make writing SMART goals a regular habit. After a time, staying productive and focusing on all of your goals will become part of your comfort zone.
Your subconscious mind causes you to feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable whenever you attempt to do anything new or different or to change any of your established patterns of behaviour. The sense of fear and discomfort are psychological signs that your subconscious has been activated.
You can feel your subconscious pulling you back toward your comfort zone each time you try something new.
but once they become habit or routine they will stay in your comfort zone. In doing so, you’ve reprogrammed your subconscious to work in your favour.

2. repeating positive affirmations -

Its job is to ensure that you respond exactly the way you are programmed. Your subconscious mind makes everything you say and do fit a pattern consistent with your self-concept. This is why repeating positive affirmations, inspirational, motivational activities are so effective.
Your subconscious mind does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind

3. believe in yourself  (Learning techniques to reprogram your subconscious mind will help you) and last.

4. Develop the habits of successful people- it will help you to organize your mind.
With the help of these things, you can manifest whatever you want.

Thyroid effects in females | Thyroid Disorders causes symptoms treatment | ayurvedic treatment for thyroid problem

Thyroid Problem Ayurvedic Treatment

|Thyroid effects in females |

Thyroid Disorders causes symptoms treatment

1. what is thyroid gland-

The thyroid, a tiny, butterfly-shaped gland located at the base of the front of your neck, or below Adam’s apple wrapped around the trachea. The thyroid uses iodine to produce 2 vital hormones- Triiodothyronine (T3) Thyroxine (T4)

Women are 5 to 8 times more likely than a man to develop thyroid disorders
Why are women more prone to thyroid
Because of stress, unhealthy lifestyle, improper diet, frequent hormonal changes throughout life such as menstrual disorders, PCOS, pregnancy, menopause etc.you know, nowadays every third person is suffering from high blood pressure,  thyroid, diabetes, obesity and other lifestyle related disorders. In some extends they are all interlinked. So its very essential to know about these problems, let's begin by knowing thyroid disorders.

 2. What is its work -

The thyroid plays a role in most bodily functions and regulates metabolism, body temperature, growth etc., By stimulating almost every tissue in the body. It also affects many vital functions of the body such as the heart rate, the rate at which calories are burned, skin maintenance, growth, heat production, fertility, and digestion.

3. How thyroid hormones work -

Hypothalamus (part of our brain)released TRH Thyrotropin-releasing hormone, it goes to the pituitary gland (situated in our brain), then pituitary glands its anterior part secreted TSH Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, it goes to the blood stream, then via bloodstream it goes to the thyroid gland (situated at the front of our neck,), then thyroid with the help of iodine released T3 and T4 hormones, then it goes to bloodstream and does their works.

4. According to Ayurved what is thyroid -

The first description found in Atharva Veda by the name Apachi means neck swelling. In Ayurveda, we correlate it as Galganda, Gandmaala It happens due to vitiation of the Kapha dosha mainly but also of vata and medas. Acharya Charaka described it under 20 sleshma vikaras or kapha Dosha disorders. Acharya Sushruta described that the sixth layer of skin called Rohini is the seat of Galaganda

 5. There are 5 Types of thyroid disorders -

1. hypothyroidism- insufficient production of thyroid hormone called hypothyroidism.2. Hyperthyroidism - excess production of thyroid hormone called hyperthyroidism.
3. goitre-enlargement of the thyroid gland. 4. thyroid nodules-Thyroid nodules are growths or lumps in the thyroid gland. 5. thyroid cancer-Increasing thyroid nodule size impacts cancer risk.

6. What are the causes of thyroid problems

1. Stress, unhealthy lifestyle- Whenever stress is experienced, adrenal glands produce cortisol. Too much cortisol causes the tissues to no longer respond to the thyroid hormone signals.
2. Iodine deficiency
3. Some genetic disorders.
4. Autoimmune diseases, in which your immune system attacks your own body, leading either to hyperthyroidism (caused by Graves' disease) or hypothyroidism (caused by Hashimoto's disease)
5. Inflammation of the thyroid caused by a virus or bacteria
6. Antithyroid antibodies: These may be present in people who have type 1 diabeteslupusrheumatoid arthritis, chronic hepatitis, or Sjogren's syndrome.
7. Certain medical treatments, including radiation therapy, thyroid surgery, and some medicines particularly lithium (EskalithLithobid), may cause a drug-induced hypothyroidism, heart medication amiodarone (Cordarone) may cause hyperthyroidism.
8. Occasionally, pregnancy can cause thyroid problems to start or get worse. If left untreated, this can cause problems for mother and baby, including miscarriagepremature birth or stillbirth.
9. Pituitary adenoma -tumour of the pituitary gland

According to Ayurved , causes of Galganda are

The climatic conditions, water supply, dietary conditions and Krimi Dosha (infection) etc.

7.  Different symptoms between hypo and hyperthyroidism

1. In hypothyroidism- insufficient production of hormone- in hyperthyroidism- excess production.

2. In hypothyroidism- slow metabolism, in hyperthyroidism- increased metabolism

3. In Hypothyroidism- Hashimoto's disease is a common cause, in hyperthyroidism- graves disease is a common cause

 4. In hypothyroidism- weight gain despite poor appetite, in hyperthyroidism- weight loss despite an increased appetite.

5. In hypothyroidism – cold intolerance, in hyperthyroidism- heat intolerance.

6. . In hypothyroidism- slow heartbeat, in hyperthyroidism- rapid heartbeat.

7. In hypothyroidism- scanty or lack of menstruation, in hyperthyroidism- heavy menstrual bleeding

8. In hypothyroidism- constipation, in hyper- frequent bowel movement. 8. In hypothyroidism- TSH level will be elevated, in hyperthyroidism- TSH level will be normal or reduced

 9. Hypothyroidism – usually treated with levothyroxine, hyperthyroidism- can be treated with pharmaceutical agents, radiotherapy, or surgical removal of the thyroid gland.

Other common symptoms In hypothyroidism

  • Fatigue
  • Forgetfulness
  • Dry, coarse skin and hair
  • Hoarse voice
  • Depression

In  hyperthyroidism

IrritabilityInsomniaHand tremorsNervousnessExcessive sweatingEyes seem to be enlargingMuscle weakness, especially in the shoulders and thighsOsteoporosis – means, weakness or brittleness of bones.

Tests for knowing thyroid problems
1.TSH level or thyroid profile
2.Antithyroglobulin antibody, AgAb; it can be used to identify autoimmune thyroiditis such as Hashimoto’s and other diseases.
3.Antithyroid antibody (thyroperoxidase antibody):
4.Thyroid ultrasound
5.Fine-needle aspiration
6.Computerized axial tomography (CT) scan
7.Basal Body Temperature; An alternative method for assessing thyroid status.
What is the Normal value of TSH level- is  0.45 to 4.50 μIU/mL recommended by both the Endocrine Society and the American Medical Association.
Most important thing

Never start medicine too earlyDo perform thyroid test more than three times, because some times it is not thyroidism but sub clinical thyroidism, in this condition TSH level is also high but not very much associated with symptoms. Which the diet you have to take in thyroid disorders

What  is our daily  the required amount of iodine, intake (RDI) of iodine is 150 mcg 0.15 mg or 0.00015 gm, per day for most adults.Milk, Alsi or flex seeds, walnut (resource of selenium and zinc).Omega fatty acids- 1. Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and Curcumin  (antioxidants) can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland.
2. whole grains (high in B vitamins), may also help. 3. sunflower seeds (it has Selenium are needed for the enzymes that make thyroid hormones),3.dairy, and legumes (source of Tyrosine it is amino acid and  is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4).

8. TREATMENT-

1. Kanchanara Guggulu- it is the most effective in any kind of glandular problems, especially for hypothyroidism, it has anti-inflammatory property also.

 2. Ashwagandha cap or powder-

how to stop hair fall | hair fall treatment | Ayurvedic treatment for hair fall | hair growth tips

What is hair fall-

every day we lose 50 to 100 strands of our hair. Its normal, these strands will be replaced by a new one. If it is not going so, then we called hair fall.
According to Ayurved hair fall or Khalitya is happening because of Pitta Dosha Dushti.
Lets look it, in details

Causes;

1. Stress, unhealthy lifestyle

2. hormonal changes,
Thyroid, DHT
PCOD., after delivery, menopause,
3. some diseases- lupus-autoimmune disorders, diabetes, bacterial and fungal infection on the scalp
4.  uses of detergents or harsh chemical based shampoo, conditioners etc., pollution.

5. Poor diet or deficiency-

Deficiency of iron calcium, zinc, Vit A, B, D, C, E
Deficiency of protein
6. Some medicine or treatment-
Chemotherapy for cancer
Medicines for treating HTN, gout, diabetes
Excessive level of vita A

7. Ageing –8. genetic-

Causes of fair fall 1. Stress and unhealthy lifestyle

Stress can push hair follicles into a “resting” phase so that they don’t produce new hair strands. Over time, hair can fall out more easily, even if you’re just washing, combing, or touching it.

2. hormonal changes,

Thyroid, DHT, PCOD., after delivery, menopause

1. DHT-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a male steroid hormone that binds to receptors in your scalp and  in genetically susceptible men is responsible for hair loss.
Your the body produces DHT as a byproduct of testosterone through the 5α-Reductase enzyme -- an enzyme that converts a certain percentage of your testosterone into DHT in tissue such as the skin, liver, prostate and hair follicles. Which can not allow absorbing anything in your scalp.
DHT can bind to receptors in your hair follicles and cause them to shrink, weaken and eventually die. This process is called ‘miniaturization,’ and it eventually leads to a complete end of hair growth in DHT-affected hair follicles.
2. Thyroid- When hormone production is disrupted, specifically of hormones T3 and T4, it affects other processes in the body. This includes the development of hair at the root. Hair falls out and may not be replaced by new growth, resulting in thinning across your scalp and other areas such as your eyebrows.
3. PCOS can cause hyperandrogenism, a state in which the body produces too many androgens (male hormones). If hair follicles are androgen-sensitive, this can decrease the growth of hair on the scalp and increase the growth of body and facial hair (called hirsutism),
4. Postpartum or after delivery, hair loss is normal and temporary. Most women will return to their usual hair growth cycle between 6 and 12 months after birth
Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth.
5. menopause, hair loss during menopause is the result of a hormonal imbalance. Specifically, it's related to a lowered production of estrogen and progesterone. ... Androgens shrink hair follicles, resulting in hair loss on the head. In some cases, however, these hormones can cause more hair to grow on the face.

2. Some diseases like-

lupus-autoimmune disorders

inflammation caused by lupus doesn't only affect hair on the scalp. It can also cause loss of eyebrows, beards, and eyelashes. Hair loss due to inflammation may be reversible, but only if you're able to successfully treat lupus and the disease goes into remission.
Having diabetes can also cause you to lose more hair than usual. People with diabetes are more likely to have a condition called alopecia areata. With alopecia, the immune system attacks the hair follicles, leading to patches of hair loss on the head and on other parts of the body.

bacterial and fungal infection on scalp
Ringworm and other fungal infections can weaken a person's hair follicles, which can lead to hair loss. People with ringworm may notice distinct patches of hair loss on the scalp. but hair will regrow after treatment.

4. uses of detergents or harsh chemical based shampoo, conditioners

They contain lauryl sulfates or sulfosuccinates as detergents and no conditioners. These polymers build up on the hair shaft after continuous use and make the hair look rough, dull and feel harsh.

5.Nutritional deficiency may impact both hair structure and hair growth.

Deficiency of iron, calcium, zinc, vit A, B, D, C, E
Deficiency of protien
Ferritin is a stored iron that helps to produce hair cell protein. hair follicle matrix cells are some of the most rapidly dividing cells in the body, and ID may contribute to hair loss via its role as a cofactor for ribonucleotide reductase, enzyme for DNA synthesis. some genes which is identified in the hair follicle may be regulated by iron
Hemoglobin carries oxygen for the growth and repairs cells that stimulate hair growth. With treatment, you can help reverse both the iron deficiency and the hair loss.
calcium deficiency may lead to dry, broken, and brittle nails and hair. It can also contribute to alopecia, a condition that causes hair to fall out in round patches.
Calcium intake can help you absorb iron also.
Extreme zinc deficiency can cause hair lossZinc levels in the blood and hair are lower in men experiencing androgenetic alopecia, also known as male pattern baldness.

Vit A, B, C, D, AND E deficiency

Vit A- Vitamin A is a group of compounds including retinol, retinal, retinoic acid, and provitamin A carotenoids. In murine studies, dietary vitamin A has been shown to activate hair follicle stem cells.
Vit B- biotin
Inadequate dietary B12, or poor absorption of vitamin B12 can cause a hair changes, including hair loss
The vitamin B complex includes eight water-soluble vitamin-  Only riboflavin B2, biotin or vitamin H)B7, folate, and vitamin B12 deficiencies have been associated with hair loss. niacin (B3 )
Vit C, E- vitamins C and E help prevent free radical damage in the hair follicles. Vitamin C also supports iron absorption
Vit D- Vitamin D stimulates hair follicles to grow. It may also be linked to alopecia areata, an autoimmune condition that causes patchy hair loss

Deficiency of protein

- Hair is made up of a type of protein called keratin that is produced in hair
-  so naturally, if you’re suffering from a protein deficiency, you might start to see changes to your hair like hairfall.

Deficiency of fatty acids

fatty acids linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid) and alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) can result from Hair changes include loss of scalp hair and eyebrows as well as lightening of hair.
arachidonic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, may promote hair growth by enhancing follicle proliferation.

Excessive level of vita A, and excess amount of Selenium can actually contribute to hair loss

6. Some medicine or treatment-

Chemotherapy for cancer
Medicines for treating HTN, gout, diabetes
7. Ageing

Treatment

For stress induced hair fall –
1. Cap Ashwagandha
2. cap Jatamansi
3. cap brahmi
It will help to reduce the cortisol hormone- hence very effective to reduce stress – so will stop hair fall
  • for DHT- roasted pumpkin seeds, Triphala guggulu.
  • for thyroid, PCOD, menopause- kanchanar guggulu,
  • Kesore guggulu,
  • Ashokarishtha,
  • Dashmularishtha.
